ALLAN HOGAN
Allan is our Principal Solicitor and the heart of the firm. With over 37 years experience in the legal profession, there isn't much he hasn't seen or solved!

Allan works across all areas of law, providing practical advice with an old-fashioned sense of care and integrity that our clients truly appreciate.
He has continually expanded his professional knowledge, completing a Master’s degree specialising in Family Law & Dispute Resolution, and is also a Public Notary — the only one in the Rylstone and surrounding region.
​Known for his calm approach (and his endless patience when the rest of us are running on caffeine), Allan's commitment to helping clients - whether they are buying their first home or navigating complex family matters - has made him one of the most trusted Solicitors in the region.

Outside of the office, Allan is a keen photographer (he even photographed Sharon’s wedding!), enjoys travelling, and loves spending time with his family — including his three grandchildren.

Stacey is our multitasking miracle worker.

Stacey has been a part of the Allan Hogan Solicitor team for over 25 years. She is a Licensed Conveyancer and Senior Paralegal, specialising in Estate planning & administration.
​
Stacey is our go-to for all things client care - ensuring every matter runs smoothly from start to finish. She is passionate about making law simple and approachable, especially for clients who find the process daunting.
​
Stacey also works alongside Sharon to help ensure that every property transaction is handled smoothly and efficiently. Stacey brings warmth, professionalism, and a touch of humour to everything she does.

Outside of the office, Stacey's world revolves around her three energetic boys and her home fragrance business, Little Wonga Collections. Stacey's creative spirit and positive outlook bring balance to her busy professional life - proving that you really can juggle it all!

Sharon is our Conveyancing Queen.

She has been working alongside Allan for over 30 years and she knows conveyancing like the back of her hand. She is the one who makes sure every sale and purchase runs smoothly, every deadline is met, and every client is kept in the loop.

Sharon's experience, attention to detail and dedication make her an absolute powerhouse when it comes to property transactions.

If you have ever bought or sold property through our office, chances are Sharon's been the friendly voice helping you along the way.

Outside of work, Sharon loves spending time with her family - her two daughters and one beautiful granddaughter. An avid reader and a devoted animal lover, Sharon finds happiness in quiet moments and values simple joys that bring balance to her busy work life.
MARTIA WILSON
SENIOR PARALEGAL &OFFICE MANAGER
Martia is our Virtuoso (the one who keeps us all in line) and the friendly face at the front desk.

Martia has been with Allan Hogan Solicitor for over 20 years, and she is the first person you'll likely speak to when you call or visit the office.
​
As Allan's personal assistant, Martia provides vital support across a wide range of legal matters including Family Law, Court matters and Estate Planning. ​
​
Martia also assists with office administration and accounts, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
​
Outside of work, Martia enjoys spending time with her family - including her 2 sons, daughter and 3 beautiful granddaughters. She is an avid horse lover with 3 of her own, and when she is not at the stables, you'll often find her out on the water enjoying boating, water-skiing and wakeboarding during the summer months.
